During the assessment period, the expert group reviewed the materials for the test papers with a rigorous and professional attitude, and conducted a comprehensive verification from multiple dimensions such as the laboratory environment, facilities and equipment, personnel qualifications and operational capabilities. They deeply examined the traceability, accuracy and stability of each metrological standard, and at the same time provided professional guidance on the implementation of each inspection work.

Since the company's verification laboratory established the highest metrological standards in 2021, Xinda has been building a "data defense line" for production and operation with strict metrological management standards. The laboratory focuses on key areas of measuring instruments such as mechanics, thermal engineering, and length, comprehensively covering core equipment like pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, thermocouples, thermal resistors, micrometers, and vernier calipers, and continuously conducts precise and efficient verification and calibration work. Over the past five years, the laboratory has not only completed the verification of a large number of measuring instruments upon their entry into the warehouse, but also provided in-depth services for the advancement of the company's major production projects - from the metrological calibration of environmental protection equipment for the desulfurization and denitrification project of the steel rolling plant, to the precise verification of instruments before going online for projects such as the slab continuous casting and coil production line, and then to the periodic traceability calibration of online instruments. A total of 22,458 verification tasks have been completed.
